Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to ensure availability and allow time to curate your experience. During peak seasons, holidays, and weekends, earlier booking is encouraged. Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability—please contact us directly.
What happens if the weather changes?
Sedona’s weather is usually beautiful, but nature can be unpredictable. In the event of unsafe or unfavorable weather, we will work with you to reschedule your picnic or adjust the setup whenever possible. Your experience and safety are always our priority.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We are happy to accommodate many dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other special requests. Please let us know your needs at the time of booking so we can thoughtfully customize your grazing experience.
Where are picnics located?
Our picnics are set at carefully selected scenic locations around Sedona, chosen for their breathtaking red rock views and peaceful atmosphere. Exact locations are shared after booking to ensure privacy and optimal conditions for your experience. Refer to our location tab above.
Do you offer proposals or special occasion picnics?
Absolutely. We love creating proposals, anniversaries, birthdays, bachelorettes, and other special celebrations. Custom touches, romantic styling, and thoughtful details are available—just let us know how you’d like to celebrate.
How long does the picnic last?
Most picnic experiences last 60 minutes, unless additional time is added to your selected package. Some locations require permits, which must be approved in advance. Extended or custom timing may be available upon request, depending on location availability and permitting requirements.
